Supporting Sport Relief
“Today I completed my first run for 2016 and it was runtastic!”
I strive to live a life dedicated to being healthy; on one hand I struggle with regards to maintaining a healthy diet but I make up for it in exercise!
So… I’ve begun my training for the Sport Relief Mile. The run will take place on Sunday 20th March 2016 at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham.
Having completed 3.11 miles in 34:09 min I’m quietly confident that I will be successful in running 6 miles without stopping.
I encourage you to dust off your running shoes and join me in getting fit while supporting this worthy cause.
