My Hair Curls Tea Party
It has been a while since I’ve blog. This is due to the demands of life.
All excuses aside… I’m Back! We have a lot of catching up to do…
There’s plenty of time for that. First things first – today was the first My Hair Curls Tea Party and I hope it won’t be the last. 
Men, women and children all turned out to celebrate and explore natural hair through the aid on puppets (by Andrea) and Angeline expressing the love for her curly hair.
We discussed the ‘LOC Method’ (by Jamila), protective hair styles (by me) and was serenaded by the talented Juliet.
A big thanks to Lorna Campbell for being the visionary, organiser and funder for this even. I also would like to thank Dwayne from supplying the Cantu goody bags and hamper. 
The event was enjoyed by all!
